Dickman Street in Baltimore, MD. This project introduced modern design elements and functional upgrades, creating versatile amenity spaces that support innovation, community, and well-being.
This 135,000-square-foot building has been enhanced with a variety of new amenities designed to support collaboration, wellness, and community engagement. From kitchenettes and private bathrooms to a dedicated event space, gymnasium, and conference room, every detail of this project was carefully planned and executed to create modern, functional, and inviting spaces for tenants and visitors alike.

- Private Bathrooms – Featuring a sleek, minimalist design with matte-finish wall tiles and modern flooring for a refined aesthetic.
- Gymnasium – A modern, high-energy space with black-and-red rubber flooring, crisp white walls, and state-of-the-art fitness equipment for an optimal workout experience.

- Conference Room – A stylish setting for meetings and gatherings, featuring distinctive black-and-white carpet tile flooring that adds a contemporary touch.
The exterior of the building also received attention, with a black brick façade, sleek black metal panels, and ribbon windows that give the structure a modern industrial character.
